This Agreement outlines the trading Terms and Conditions bound to all Lizzies Place transactions incorporating but not limited to online, fax, phone and email ordering. Furthermore, this agreement outlines specific terms of use applicable to all aspects of our website.
The words we, us, our, Lizzies Place and/or www.lizziesplace.com.au mean Domwof Pty Ltd of 640 Gympie Road, Lawnton QLD 4501. The words you and your refer to registered users, customers, resellers, associates, suppliers or general public visitors to our Web Site.
We may amend this Agreement at any time in our discretion by posting the amended terms on our Site. Any amendments to this document will be posted in the online News facility and welcome page. Except as stated below, all amended terms shall automatically be effective immediately after they are posted in the online News facility. This Agreement may not be otherwise amended except through a written request from you (signed) and agreed by us (signed). This agreement is effective on 06/05/2009. GOVERNING LAW
- The Terms and Conditions of this agreement are governed by the applicable statutory rules and regulations enforced by the Federal Government of Australia and the applicable State Government of the user purchasing the goods.
INTENDED USE
- All material including but not limited to text, images, multimedia, advertisements and downloadable content is published by us and made available to worldwide audiences. If you access this website outside of Australia, you do so at your our risk and you must comply with the rules and regulations enforced by your respective jurisdiction.
- You agree differing terms and conditions exist between local (Australian) and international customers.
- The general public of all ages may view all publicly available material and only copy it for personal use. You may only use material for commercial purposes when you have prior written consent from Far Pavilions.
- Registered users may be but not limited to general public, employees or representatives of companies, associations, governments or any other corporate entity.

METHODS OF ORDERING (When Applicable)
- INTERNET
Ordering over the Internet enables customers to access real time pricing and information of our product range.
All online orders are treated as an express intention to purchase the nominated goods (Purchase Order) for the agreed online prices.- You accept that other than Freight on Board (FOB) all other freight charges will not be included with your online purchase order. See Terms and Conditions of Delivery below.
- We reserve the right to alter the agreed price if an incorrect price was caused by a software fault, error or malicious attack.

All fax, phone or email orders are treated as an express intention to purchase the nominated goods (Purchase Order) for a previously quoted price.
PRICING
- Unless otherwise specified, all prices on our website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Listed prices are displayed including GST or other taxes where applicable.
ORDER PROCESS
- Unless previously quoted, you accept that any extra freight charges will be added to your order after processing.
- Once payment has been accepted, your order will be processed within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed online are processed as priority customer orders, and delivery time is approximately 14-16 weeks from order date.
- If your chosen item/s are in stock, or on an already shipped incoming container, and we are able to offer them sooner, we will advise via email or phone.
- Once ordered items arrive into store, they must be collected within 14 (fourteen) days. Storage fees apply after this period.
- Customers will be notified via email or phone if delays in shipping occur.
TIMBER STAIN COLOUR
You have the choice of stain colour on all furniture items. Please note that the samples shown on this website are indicative of the colour stain only, and are not an exact representation of what you will receive. All timber will pick up stains differently, and there is a range within each colour stain. If you are wanting a few pieces to colour match (eg. a bedroom suite) we recommend ordering all pieces at the one time, so that each piece is finished at the one time and will match as close as possible. Should you choose to order later to match, it is probable that there will be a difference in colour stain. When you place an order with us you accept that your item will not be exactly the same as the colour samples shown. We do not guarantee to match either the samples shown or to previous items you have bought, either from us or elsewhere.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
- For ordering online we accept the following methods of payment:

A payment is considered complete when the funds have been cleared.

- Telegraphic Transfer

DELIVERY
- Due to the bulky nature of furniture items, we are unable to offer a standardised delivery pricing. We will obtain for you two quotes for delivery after your purchase.
You are entitled to source your own delivery, or pick up the item/s yourself from our showroom in Lawnton, QLD 4501, at an agreed upon time within business trading hours. We are unable to assist with loading item/s into vehicles, so please ensure there is sufficient manpower to load your items upon collection. - Final Delivery: All orders will only be delivered to a residential or business address and required a signature upon receipt to say item/s have been received in good order and condition.
- Insurance: We will advise what insurance is included in your delivery price when we obtain the quotes from delivery companies. We may recommend you take additional insurance depending on what is offered.
Please report any damaged parcels immediately and retail packaging.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
At this stage we are unable to offer international delivery.
TRANSIT DAMAGE
- Lizzies Place takes no responsibility for goods damaged in transit. Should this occur, please contact the delivery company immediately for a solution. Transit insurance is recommended, and may not be included in a delivery companys freight fee.
WARRANTIES
- Lizzies Place offers to repair or replace faulty items within 6 months of purchase. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer in all cases of warranty.
- Lizzies Place does not consider timber movement a "fault" and it is not covered under warranty.
