Ordering

Order Process

  1. Unless previously quoted, you accept that any extra freight charges will be added to your order after processing.
  2. Once payment has been accepted, your order will be processed within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
  3. Please note, all items are shown as "in stock" in our online store. Due to limitations of the online store, there are only two options for stock levels "in stock" or "out of stock". As we are unable to sync our actual stock holdings with our online product listing, we have opted to show all items as "in stock".
  4. Orders placed online are processed as priority customer orders, and delivery time is approximately 14-16 weeks from order date.
  5. If your chosen item/s are in stock, or on an already shipped incoming container, and we are able to offer them sooner, we will advise via email or phone.
  6. Once ordered items arrive into store, they must be collected within 14 (fourteen) days. Storage fees apply after this period.
  7. Customers will be notified via email or phone if delays in shipping occur.

Timber Stain Colour


You have the choice of stain colour on all furniture items. Please note that the samples shown on this website are indicative of the colour stain only, and are not an exact representation of what you will receive. All timber will pick up stains differently, and there is a range within each colour stain. If you are wanting a few pieces to colour match (eg. a bedroom suite) we recommend ordering all pieces at the one time, so that each piece is finished at the one time and will match as close as possible. Should you choose to order later to match, it is probable that there will be a difference in colour stain. When you place an order with us you accept that your item will not be exactly the same as the colour samples shown. We do not guarantee to match either the samples shown or to previous items you have bought, either from us or elsewhere.

Delivery

  1. Due to the bulky nature of furniture items, we are unable to offer a standardised delivery pricing. We will obtain for you two quotes for delivery after your purchase.
    You are entitled to source your own delivery, or pick up the item/s yourself from our showroom in Lawnton, QLD 4501, at an agreed upon time within business trading hours. We are unable to assist with loading item/s into vehicles, so please ensure there is sufficient manpower to load your items upon collection.
  2. Final Delivery: All orders will only be delivered to a residential or business address and required a signature upon receipt to say item/s have been received in good order and condition.
  3. Insurance: We will advise what insurance is included in your delivery price when we obtain the quotes from delivery companies. We may recommend you take additional insurance depending on what is offered.

Please report any damaged items immediately to your delivery provider.


International Delivery 

At this stage we are unable to offer international delivery.

Transit Damage

Lizzies Place takes no responsibility for goods damaged in transit. Should this occur, please contact the delivery company immediately for a solution. Transit insurance is recommended, and may not be included in a delivery companys freight fee. We caution you to not sign "received in good order and condition" until you have inspected your item/s.
